"Ceramica" Pinot Gris

Produced from volcanic -clay soil, with very limited yields from "Tarányi" cru. Fermentation is spontaneous, and takes place in Tuscan amphorae from Florance. The wine left 8 days on skin before pressing. It is then aged 7 months in amphorae and barrel. Bottled without filtration.
